Thiroco T-325 Rubberized Cement Wet and Dry Surface 

Description

Thiroco T-325 is a new generation of rubberized plastic cement for dry or wet surface meeting all standards of professionals and contractors. This product is compounded with asphalt modified with elastomeric, mineral fibers and refined solvents. This product’s consistency is designed to facilitate its application using a trowel. It’s a durable rubberized product with excellent adhesion and can withstand to weathers characteristics and temperature variations. It forms a tough, flexible and water resistant coating once dry.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from oil or grease, dust, dirt, loose paint or other foreign matter prior to application. Excess water should be removed, if possible, before the application of Thiroco T-325.

Application

Apply with a putty knife or trowel to an average thickness of 3mm (1/8in). To seal joints and cracks, press tightly to seal all gaps. To repair a larger crack, apply the Thiroco T-325 to cover the damaged surface then place a reinforcement membrane and then apply another coat of Thiroco T-325 over the entire patch. For easier application, store in a temperate place.

Use

It is mainly used to fill cracks, holes and repair deteriorated areas on foundations, asphalt roofs, shingle, vents and chimney joints. The Thiroco T-325 can be used on dry and wet surfaces.

Cleanning

Tools must be cleaned with mineral spirits.

10 years limited warranty when installed and / or applied as recommended by the manufacturer. We will replace the product with a manufacturing defect. Under any circumstances the manufacturer will be liable for any amount in excess of the purchase price of the product used. The consumer must ensure that this product is suitable for the intended use. Because of atmospheric conditions, applicator competence and surface conditions being independent of the manufacturer’s control, we limit our liability for one year following the date of purchase, with proof of purchase, to replacement of defective material only in its original hermetic container. Condor 320 Rubberized Plastic Cement 

Description

This excellent wet or dry surface rubberized plastic cement CR-320 contains elastomers and specially selected fibers for multipurpose applications. It is formulated to offer resistance against bad weather and flexibility as well as to be easy to apply. It becomes a strong, waterproof flexible coating once dried. Ideally suited for flat or metal roofs, but not recommended for asphalt shingles.

Surface Preparation

Surface must be structurally sound, clean and free of dust, dirt, rust, oil, grease, chipped paint, frost or any other contaminants.

Application

Can be applied with a towel, a caulking gun, a putty knife or by hand with gloves. To fill joints and cracks, push profoundly into gaps making bulge out on surface to avoid accumulation of water. Repair cracks, holes by applying a coat of 3 mm (1/8'') thick on defective sections and overtake of 150 mm (6'') around repairs. To ease application in cold season, keep product in a warm place.

Cleanning

Clean tools and equipment with mineral spirits.

Restriction

Protect freshly applied product and open container from open flame and adjacent welding activity. Do not apply all at once on vertical joints of more than 25 mm (1'') in width. Solvent contained in the product may stain wood and other absorbent materials. For EXTERIOR USE only.
