Condor Foundation Coating CR-64
Description
This excellent fiber foundation coating, CR-64 is an asbestos free product, formulated with special ingredients to waterproof concrete and masonry foundations. The product is formulated with specific fibers to give higher resistance.
Surface Preparation
Avoid use if showers are foreseen. Surfaces must be structurally sound, free of frost, dust, rust, chipped paint, oil, grease and any loose or deteriorated materials. At first on a new foundation, seal the joint between footing and foundation wall with a bead of plastic cement CR-20 or CR-25 and fill holes, cracks and weak spots. You can also use the Fondafix to level imperfection on foundations wall. It will give a nice leveled finish.
Application
Stir well before use. Apply uniformly with a roller, paintbrush.
Cleanning
Clean tools and equipment with mineral spirits.

Resistant to water calcium chloride, salt and to lightly acid or alkaline solutions. Do not resist to oils, greases and solvents.

Restriction
Let dry completely before covering or back fill to avoid prematurely product detoriation and possibility of humidity infiltration. Warranty
5 years limited warranty when installed and / or applied as recommended by the manufacturer. We will replace the product with a manufacturing defect. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any amount in excess of the purchase price of the product used. The consumer must ensure that this product is suitable for the intended use. Because of atmospheric conditions, applicator competence and surface conditions being independent of the manufacturer's control, we limit our liability for one year following the date of purchase, with proof of purchase, to replacement of defective material only in its original hermetic container. Thiroco Foundation Coating
Description
This professional high quality asphalt Foundation Coating T-60 is excellent to waterproof foundation walls.
Application
Avoid use if showers are foreseen. You can use the Fonda Fix to level all imperfections on walls. It will give a nice homogeneous finish. Surfaces must be sound, clean and free of dust, dirt, rust, oil, grease, chipped paint, frost or any other contaminants. At first on a new foundation, seal the joint between footing and foundation wall with a bead of THIROCO’s Plastic Cement T-20 also to fill holes, cracks and weak spots. Stir well before use. Apply a uniform layer with a paintbrush, a roller or a sprayer.
